By using myfirsthomebuyermentor.com.au (the "site"), listening to the My First Home Buyer Mentor podcast (the "podcast"), or downloading any of our PDF guides (the "resources"), you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are.
The site, podcast and resources are produced by Nicola Kefalianos in collaboration with Finance Lab Pty Ltd. Finance Lab is authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 389328 (Credit Representative Number 425945).
2. The content is information, not advice.
Everything on the site, in the podcast, and in the resources is general information for first home buyers. It is not personal financial advice, credit advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We do not know your specific circumstances. Your situation may differ from any example, case study, or general principle discussed.

3. No guarantees about outcomes.
Property markets, lending criteria, government schemes, and interest rates all change. Stories and examples from past episodes reflect circumstances at the time they were recorded. We don't promise that any approach, product, or strategy mentioned will work for you, will still be available, or will produce a particular result.

The site links to external websites — including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Finance Lab, and properties mentioned by podcast guests. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

Finance Lab will not provide credit advice without first conducting an appropriate needs analysis. Any conversation that follows is a preliminary chat, not a credit recommendation.
6. Intellectual property.
The site, the podcast audio + video, the brand marks (My First Home Buyer Mentor, the brush-script signature), and the PDF resources are owned by us or licensed to us. You can share links to the podcast on your own social media. You can't copy, redistribute, or repurpose the resources or audio for commercial use without written permission.
7. User-submitted content.
If you email us a question, comment, or piece of feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to quote it on the podcast or website in summary form. We won't publish your name or identifying details without your specific permission.
8. Site availability.
We aim to keep the site available 24/7 but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, updates, or in response to security issues. We're not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, neither Nicola Kefalianos nor Finance Lab Pty Ltd is liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the podcast, or the resources — including any financial decisions you make in reliance on the content.
